Agreement

By using Tetrad, you agree to these terms. Tetrad is provided as a study tool in active development. Features, pricing, and policies may change as the product evolves.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you should use Tetrad with a parent or guardian's permission.

Your content

• You retain ownership of material you upload
• You grant Tetrad permission to process uploads to provide the service
• Uploaded material may be sent to configured AI providers to generate notebooks and answers
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
• You can export a copy of your study data or delete it at any time from Settings → Data. Permanent account deletion is available in Settings → Danger zone and requires typed confirmation.

AI output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify against your course materials and instructors. Tetrad does not provide professional, legal, or medical advice.

No academic guarantees

Tetrad does not guarantee grades, exam results, or academic outcomes. It is a study organization tool, not a substitute for coursework, instructors, or your own effort.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Premium and Max) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before checkout. Student pricing applies only when your school email is verified — Tetrad selects the correct price server-side at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing (Stripe customer portal). Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan
• We do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Contact tetrad.vg@gmail.com for billing questions
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscribers are notified before changes take effect

Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features marked "coming soon" are not yet available.
